How to maintain your bike aimed at beginners. This course is aimed at those wanting to gain an understanding of how to maintain your bike and how to carry out some basic repairs. The course covers how to lubricate your bike, fix punctures, carry out safety checks, maintain your bike and change brakes and brake cables. By the end of the course, you will be able to: lubricate your bike with the correct fluids, use a range of tools and replace brake pads and cables. Progress from this course onto our Intermediate level.

You must be 19 years of age or older to attend this course.
