You must be 19 years of age or older to attend this course.

    • Week 2 - Basic Communication Skills: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques.
    • Week 3 - Introduction to Document Management: Basic filing systems and understanding records.
    • Week 4 - Introduction to Time Management: Basic tools for organising tasks and schedules.
    • Week 5 - Workplace Etiquette: Professional behavior and teamwork basics.
    • Week 6 - Basic Business Vocabulary: Key terms and concepts explained simply.
    • Week 7 - Understanding Office Tools: Introduction to basic office supplies and software.
    • Week 8 - Customer Service Basics: Handling simple customer interactions.
    • Week 9 - Workplace Health and Safety: Basic health and safety awareness in the office.
