This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of legal administration. Topics include an overview of the legal system, communication basics, and introductory administrative skills tailored to legal settings. It’s ideal for individuals new to the field or considering a career in legal administration.
You must be 19 years of age or older to attend this course.

- Week 5 - Workplace Etiquette: Professional behavior in legal offices.
- Week 6 -Introduction to Confidentiality and Data Protection: Basic principles of maintaining client confidentiality.
- Week 7 - Time Management Basics: Organising and prioritizing tasks in a legal setting.
- Week 8 - Introduction to Court and Tribunal Systems: Overview of key courts and tribunals in the legal system.
