About the course

This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of marketing, including key concepts such as the 4 Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), audience targeting, and branding. Ideal for individuals with little to no marketing background, it focuses on practical, easy-to-understand approaches to marketing.
 
You must be 19 years of age or older to attend this course.

    • Week 2 - Marketing Terminology: Key terms like target market, segmentation, and branding explained.
    • Week 3 - The 4 Ps of Marketing: Basics of product, price, place, and promotion strategies.
    • Week 4 - Audience Targeting: Identifying and understanding target audiences.
    • Week 5 - Introduction to Digital Marketing: Overview of social media, email, and content marketing.
    • Week 6 - Branding Basics: What makes a strong brand and how to develop one.
    • Week 7 - Market Research Essentials: Gathering and analysing simple market data.
    • Week 8 - Advertising Fundamentals: Crafting basic advertising messages and campaigns.
    • Week 9 - Introduction to Marketing Metrics: Measuring marketing success with simple metrics.
    • Week 10 - Preparing for Level 1 Marketing: Reviewing key concepts and introducing advanced marketing topics.

    By the end of the course, learners will:
